Partner Modules

MSU students have added opportunities within the My Spartan Story platform to support their beyond-the-classroom learning and engagement. The Center for Community Engaged Learning and the Undergraduate Research office both hold modules within My Spartan Story that Spartans can utilize. Students can find volunteer opportunities and can track their undergraduate research and creative activities. Engagement in these experiences can be validated to display on your Spartan Experience Record.

Center for Community Engaged Learning

The Community Engaged Learning Module is the platform that the MSU Center for Community Engaged Learning uses which serves as the MSU Student Volunteer Center. In this module you can find pre-professional volunteering opportunities, track your hours, provide community partner evaluations, and reflect on your learning experience.

Your project supervisor will need to validate your submission. Experiences can be submitted at the end of each semester or at the conclusion of the academic year.
  • The UURAF (University Undergraduate Research and Arts Forum) portal is used to register for the spring research forum.
  • The MidSURE (Mid-Michigan Symposium for Undergraduate Research Experiences) portal is used to register for the summer research forum.
