Spartan Experience Record Introductory Workshop Spring 2026 Dates
The Spartan Experience Record Introductory Workshop is a great way to learn about and find how you can support the record. The session will provide a comprehensive overview to the SER, and will introduce you to our formal process to include your out-of-class experience(s) in the record. This session is open to all MSU faculty and staff. Workshops will be hosted via Zoom. Please register HERE.

Do you advise or supervise an out‑of‑class experience appropriate for inclusion in the Spartan Experience Record? Join the SER team for a professional development workshop designed to support you in drafting and preparing your SER entry. The session will include:
- A concise overview of the SER framework
- Step‑by‑step guidance through the submission process
- Opportunities for individualized support and feedback
- Lunch provided for attendees
Please bring a laptop to fully participate.

Workshop Requests
Faculty, staff, and students are welcome to request a tailored workshop to best meet their needs and interests surrounding the Spartan Experience Record.
To request a workshop for your department, organization, club, or other group, please fill out this form and a member of the Spartan Experience Record Team will reach out to you to schedule or gather more information.
